An end-to-end e-commerce operation for the Serbian market — store, ads, and cash-on-delivery fulfillment.
The situation
BaštaShop needed a direct-to-consumer brand built for the Serbian market, where cash-on-delivery is the default and buyers need strong trust signals before they order. There was no store, no acquisition channel, and no fulfillment process in place.
What we built
- Shopify store setup — theme, product pages, and checkout tuned for local buyers
- Meta ads funnel driving traffic from cold audience to purchase
- Cash-on-delivery (COD) fulfillment process end to end
- Trust and conversion infrastructure adapted to the local market
The outcome
BaštaShop went from nothing to a running D2C operation in weeks — a live store, a Meta ads funnel holding a 3.1x blended ROAS, and a COD fulfillment process handling 500+ orders in the first three months. Acquisition and fulfillment now run as one repeatable loop from ad click to delivery.
