An automated pipeline that turns a list of target companies into booked meetings — end to end.
The situation
iComp needed a repeatable way to reach other businesses without a sales team manually hunting for contacts. Prospecting was ad-hoc, data lived in scattered spreadsheets, and follow-up depended on someone remembering to send the next email.

The outcome
The system now processes ~500 target companies per month end to end — enrichment, personalized outreach, and follow-up all automated. Reply rates settled around 8–11% and the pipeline consistently produces 10–15 booked meetings a month, with the team working from one Airtable board instead of scattered spreadsheets.
